Whitney and Eric’s Kona Kai wedding day was incredible. The chemistry shared between the couple was absolutely undeniable. It was so much fun getting to spend time with them.
I adore Whitney’s effortless and classic bridal style. From the square neckline of her gown to the loose waves in her hair, she looked perfect. The blue of Eric’s tie really made his eyes pop.
The color palette of the wedding day was classic and romantic. Whitney’s bridesmaids wore different dresses with various tones of blue. The flowers were different shades of white set against greenery, in loose arrangements.
Whitney wanted wedding photographs that emulate a coastal European vibe. To create the look at the San Diego resort, we shot along the water with the boats in the background.
Their Kona Kai wedding ceremony was full of laughter and happy tears. One of their closest friends was their officiant and did a wonderful job.
After the ceremony, we did another session of romantic bride and groom photos, this time ending on the docks!
The Kona Kai wedding reception was filled with ambient light, amazing live music, and the most heartfelt speeches.
