I had such a wonderful time photographing Karrie and Jay’s Hammersky Vineyards wedding. How amazing is her customized Hayley Paige gown?! And her hair was absolutely beautiful thanks to the talents of Chelsea at Twist Studio Spa. Karrie and Jay had perfect weather for their fall destination wedding Paso Robles. Their wedding guests cheered them with burlap flags on as they exchanged vows, and toasted them as they dined under the stars. I really love Hammersky Vineyards as a wedding venue. From Doug and Kim Hauck’s restored farmhouse to the white New Hampshire style barn, every last inch of the property is dreamy. I thought Karrie and Jay’s color palette of blues and grays fit well with the concept of an outdoor vineyard wedding. The sweet bridesmaids wore B2 & Belsoie gowns in ‘cornflower’ and the adorable flower girl wore Zara. The groomsmen wore gingham printed shirts… something I will never forget, since the shirt I wore that day looked exactly the same as theirs! You can see me trying to hide my embarrassment on instagram here! Lauren Tinnin was a wonderful coordinator, making sure every moment throughout the day ran as smooth as possible. Field to Table offered a delicious menu and guests mingled at long farm tables set with varying arrangements by Country Florist in Paso Robles. For dessert, Karrie and Jay had a sweets bar set on a vintage dresser with a naked cake, cupcakes and brownies from Cassie’s Custom Cakes, donuts from Sunrise Donuts, as well as kettle corn and other candies. Props to DJ Malik Miko Thorne for keeping the party going well into the night. Special thanks to Turned Wedding Films and my second shooter Troy for making work so much fun that day!
