I was recently on Maui and really wanted to do a few Maui Wedding and Maui Bridal inspiration shoots. This feature was published today on The Bridal Theory and I couldn’t be happier. All of the creatives involved with the shoot were wonderful to work with. Our beautiful model, Jessica Blair looked stunning in the Truvelle ‘Nicolet’ gown as well as the Truvelle ‘Eden’ gown, styled with Percy Handmade bridal accessories. Her hair and makeup was done by one of my favorites, Ry-n Shimabuku (we met at Nicole and Paul’s Olowalu Plantation House wedding). The shoot was styled perfectly by Opihi Love, at owner Melissa Padilla’s husband’s studio. Kaleo Padilla of Padilla Designs is an artist who creates amazing estate metal sculptures and it was so inspiring to watch him create copper pieces for the shoot on the fly. Bella Bloom Maui provided the amazing burgundy and orange florals that I instantly fell in love with. Check out the feature for the amazing behind the scenes footage by Sunlit Films. Special thanks to The Print Fairy for the gorgeous purple and orange wedding invitation suite, Paia Trading Company for the swoon-worthy vintage pieces and Set – Maui for the perfect tableware!
