Kristina and Zachary’s San Diego spring wedding was the most incredible day. Even after 2 ceremonies and receptions, I could have kept going!
The loft Kristina and her bridal party got ready in has amazing morning light coming in from every window. It is a photographer’s dream!
Their first wedding ceremony was at St. George Serbian Orthodox Church. Both the exterior and sanctuary are beautiful. The Serbian Orthodox wedding ceremony is incredibly special. Each guest is pinned with rosemary as they arrive. Kristina and Zachary’s hands were tied together for most of the ceremony to symbolize unity. They looked like royalty as the crowns were placed on their heads.
Following the ceremony, there was a light lunch reception. Then everyone made their way to Tom Ham’s Lighthouse. One of Zachary’s closest friends, Ethan officiated the second ceremony. It was as equally special as the first ceremony but different. Zach wore his Navy Dress White uniform and Kristina kept her veil over her face until the couple’s kiss. The guests enjoyed an oceanfront view of downtown San Diego.
After a final outfit change for both the bride and groom, these two were ready to dance the night away!
